Keg Tapping Ceremony:

This event happens at 6am and 6pm server time. It is a small ceremony where the gnome (Alliance) and troll (Horde) leader speaks to the crowd. There is a bit of a speech, but nothing spectacular. As the tapping comes to an end, everyone in the area will receive a two-hour buff that increases experience earned by 10%.

Dark Iron Dwarves Invasion:

This event happens every half hour of the hour (12:30, 1:30, 2:30...). This encounter is a bit bugged because you cannot loot [Complimentary Brewfest Sampler] off of the table. However, to receive the [Complimentary Brewfest Sampler], just do /wave to the persons in front of the Brewery tents (TIP4 & TIP5). You should receive a [Complimentary Brewfest Sampler] that has a duration of 15 minutes.

Okie, now that you know how to get the necessary item to ward off the Dark Iron Dwarves, I can explain the encounter. When the event begins, there should be a yell that will pretty much tell you the Dark Iron Dwarves are attacking. As you see the drills come out from the ground, the Dark Iron Dwarves will come out. This is the time to USE [Complimentary Brewfest Sample]. Your character will drink it for a second, and then throw the mug at a Dark Iron Guzzler. You do not need to target a Dark Iron Guzzler because the mug has a heat sensor, which homes to the DI dwarf. After throwing the mug, if you are close enough to one of the NPCs that gives you a [Complimentary Brewfest Sample], they will throw you another one to renew the one you just threw. YOU DO NOT NEED TO /WAVE AGAIN.

You can continue throwing the mugs for an infinite amount of time. You will know when you hit a DI dwarf when you get a buff or the buff increases up a number. The buff is stackable up to 25 times. After the encounter is done, you can hand in the "buff" for tickets to the Ticket Redeemer. This is the main method to gain tickets for the rewards of Brewfest.

TIP: It is possible to get more than 25 tickets per DI invasion. The method to do this is by handing in your buff when or before your buff stacks 25 times. Once you hand it in, you should reset back to zero while redeeming your tickets so that you can continue bonking the DI dwarves with mugs.

TIP2: Also, if there are not enough people, the encampment will be easily overrun by DI dwarves and they will destroy the kegs that you are defending. Once all kegs are destroyed, the encounter will end and you cannot gain anymore tickets. So even though it may be better that there are less people so you can get more hits. It also means that you will have less time to hit the dwarves as you will not be able to defend for the full duration of the invasion.

TIP3: Please do not spam /wave on the NPCs. It is not necessary and only creates server lag for everyone. If enough people spam their /wave macros, everyone can lag and thus no one will defend the kegs causing the encounter to end. So please, do not spam this macro because it can ruin the fun for everyone.

TIP4: Horde players can /wave to Gordok Brew Barker, T'chali's Voodoo Brewery Barker, or Drohn's Distillery Barker to receive a [Complimentary Brewfest Sampler]

TIP5: Alliance players can /wave to Gordok Brew Barker, Maeve Barleybrew, or Ita Thunderbrew to receive a [Complimentary Brewfest Sampler]

Rewards:

[Belbi's Eyesight Enhancing Romance Goggles] - 100 tickets - This item has a 7-day (168 hours in-game) duration even though it does not say in its description. If you are Alliance, you will see everyone as a Gnome. If you are Horde, you will see everyone as an Orc. This includes NPCs and mobs (would be nice to see Vashj as a Gnome).

["Honorary Brewer" Hand Stamp] - 600 tickets - This item allows you to purchase a Brewfest Ram. It allows the user to purchase a Ram for 10g (60%) or 100g (100%). (Need Verification)

[Brewfest Pony Keg] - 50 tickets - This item creates a miniature keg that dispenses Brewfest Beer for everyone to loot.
